2 3 files (and eventually more files in this category) may have a COM:FOP#Italy ( Not OK) issue, considering

In most countries, all paintings, sculpture, architecture, text, and other creative works have copyrights which last for 70 years after the death of the creator. An image of a work that is still under copyright is a derivative work, and infringes on the copyright so that we cannot usually keep the image on Commons. In some countries, there is a special exception to the copyright law which allows such images under certain circumstances. We call that exception freedom of panorama (FOP). Unfortunately there appears no applicable FOP exception in this case.

Affected may be also from this category (artworks by en:Igor Mitoraj, 1944—2014, per https://br.pinterest.com/ewar2d2/igor-mitoraj/) and hereby nominating too:

Delete. I am afraid it is true there is no FOP in Italy. If we want to keep these pix, Mitoraj should be contacted and asked for permission. --User:G.dallorto (talk) 14:08, 3 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Delete, unless author's heirs give their consent.--Carnby (talk) 15:26, 4 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Uncertain copyright status. Almost certainly a modern work. No FOP in Italy.

Let me know when this statue was designed and who has designed it ? Is the sculptor still alive ? If not, when he died ?
I am not sure that a reason like "Almost certainly a modern work" is enough to justify a delete in Commons.

Keep Until further notice. A DR must be more serious, with undoubtful arguments "almost", "uncertain", are not enough IMO. Furthermore, the "de minimis" should be considered in this case.--Jebulon (talk) 17:05, 26 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: There is no FOP in Italy and there is no evicende as required by policy that the statue is out of copyright and without that evidence there is significant doubt that it is okay to oste this file in line with com:L. The statue is certainly not com:DM. Natuur12 (talk) 15:57, 12 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
