Mexican banknote images last edited before 23 July 2003

[edit]

All Mexican banknote images last edited before 23 July 2003. See Commons:Currency#Mexico.

Many of these images (e.g. File:Billete_$200_Mexico_Tipo_D1_Anverso.jpg, File:10_pesos_series_B_obv.jpg, and File:10_pesos_series_B_rev.jpg are tagged various Creative Commons licenses, without any justification about why this government work is CC (if a CC-licensed non-government site reproduces copyrighted non-CC government work, that does not make it CC).

This should exclude ones that are genuinely public domain for another reason (such as age (100 years for Mexican government works)). I'll try to strike them below where I noticed this. Mattflaschen - Talk 06:18, 21 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Some of the ones that are not yet 100 years old (or it's unclear because the year is 2015) will be soon, and should be marked as such on the deleted file page. Mattflaschen - Talk 06:42, 21 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Per COM:CUR Mexico, currencies of Mexico published after 1928 are copyrighted.
