Files in Category:Angelica Dass
[edit]These files show temporary installations or exhibitions of works of a living photographer, so they are derivatives of copyrighted works and should be deleted. Three are in France, where there is no freedom of panorama (that is acceptable for Wikimedia Commons) at all, and File:Angélica Dass.jpg actually has two versions by different users: one is an exhibition inside a Spanish museum (no freedom of panorama inside buildings or for temporary installations), the other is a temporary installation in Davos, Switzerland (no FOP for non-permanent installations like this one).

Adding two more (in a Spanish museum or similar):

- I asked Angelica Dass, the artist and owner of the rights to her original work included in these pictures, adding the standard text about granting permission as mentioned below, and she answered today:
- "Estoy de acuerdo con el uso de las fotografías mencionadas. Dime si con que envíe este texto es suficiente. Gracias" - In English: "I agree to the use of the mentioned photographs. Tell me if sending this text is enough. Thank you."

- Hello @Munfarid1: , please see COM:VRT for the procedure and standard text when sending permissions. Specifically, these permissions need to be sent directly from the author (here: Angelica Dass) to the VRT e-mail address. Posting here in this deletion request is not sufficient, and forwarded e-mails are not accepted. Regards --Rosenzweig τ 18:51, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
- Ticket:2022093010005631 has been received regarding to file(s) mentioned here. --Krdbot 16:00, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
- @Krd does the ticket not also apply to File:Angélica Dass.jpg, or can this be closed as "Keep all"? —Mdaniels5757 (talk • contribs) 13:53, 2 October 2022 (UTC)
- I've struck from the DR the five files that have a VRT permission now. --Rosenzweig τ 14:18, 2 October 2022 (UTC)
