Delete as per nom, except for the following: File:High Fashion in Almaty (13214999).jpg (its costumes, albeit for a cat), File:View from Xeniyas Balcony (3992603738).jpg (the building in the front is a Soviet-style industrial type building which are a dime a dozen and hardly copyrightable, the building in the middle is under construction, there is a crane on the left, and the building on the right would be de minimis in terms of the view), File:ALADomAuezova.JPG (the view is almost totall obstructed by trees), File:Temirbank almaty.JPG looks to me like the Brezhnev-style Soviet office blocks with no creativity and are a dime a dozen throughout the CIS -- this is a weak keep), russavia (talk) 23:44, 23 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I agree with keeping File:View from Xeniyas Balcony (3992603738).jpg and File:ALADomAuezova.JPG. For the other images, I've nominated them due to the following reason:

File:High Fashion in Almaty (13214999).jpg - jewelry is copyrighted [1]
File:Temirbank almaty.JPG - hard to judge for me, but we have no evidence of any TOO from Kazakhstan, therefore all architecture must be presumed copyrighted. Hard to judge for me, but it is a notable building that was built upon the plans of an architect. We have no evidence of any TOO from Kazakhstan, therefore all architecture must be presumed copyrighted. In my opinion, this qualifies as very unlikely DM per COM:DM#Guidelines: "Copyrighted work X is a key part of the subject (eg it is the reason for taking the photo). Removing it would make the derivative work radically different, but potentially still useful." The building is one of the key parts of the image. Прошу прощения - а можно мне на русском объяснить: почему надо удалять файлы File:Главный корпус №1 Казахский национальный аграрный университет.JPG и File:Фонтан "Яблоко" на вершине Кок-Тобе..JPG? Keep what is the use of this voting if there is a rule? And the rule was not even quoted here, there is no link on the page to see it and even the reason about deleting was not put down. Wright down somewhere it is about architecture and put the link saying - 'any building are classified as non free architecture unless the opposite have been stated'. I have no evidence saying this buildings and the pattern of dirt on it is in a common domain --Deviloper (talk) 03:47, 1 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]
