These photos were uploaded to his personal Twitter account, not the official VOA account or website. As his bio reads "Views are mine", his account represents only himself, and therefore these photos should not be considered VOA work.

Keep He was there on official capacity, as evidenced by him being in the White House Press Briefing Room. – Illegitimate Barrister (talkcontribs), 13:58, 17 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Being in the White House press briefing room doesn't necessarily mean that his personal account photos are part of his official VOA work. Moreover, the selfie photo is clearly not VOA work, and the same can be assumed for the other photos. SCP-2000 15:38, 17 July 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Keep You can tweet things from work on your personal account, and I think that's quite likely what happened here. Given https://x.com/komadovsky/status/1531704020829720581, I think it's unlikely he was there as a member of a public. Even the selfie is still in the course of his employment: it is at most a detour, not a frolic, so to speak. —‍Mdaniels5757 (talk • contribs) 00:45, 10 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
