OTRS agent (verify): We've received a couple of permissions from different authors claiming to be the copyright holder (now merged into Ticket:2020101510012054). Even when now finally we've got the files with EXIF, we won't grant permission for these files till we can positively verify the identity of the photographer.  Comment After several weeks, we still can't verify Raymond identity. Files were uploaded to a non related site with the email listed in it, but this could be a license laundering case. We've received emails naming Facebooks account not possible to link directly to him. At this point, I'm not happy wiht the idea of grant permission at all if he doesn't find a way to prove identity. (There's no problem with language, since we've got agents than read zh). I think these files should be deleted in the meantime, by precautionary principle.
