  •  Delete: Flickr's PDM 1.0 notice is not equal to {{PD-author}}. Refer to this RfC, PDM 1.0 given that we have no idea why it is under Public Domain. The claim "I grant anyone the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law." which is needed as a "fallback license" in case releasing to the public domain has no legal meaning.

The latter one is under CC0. According to COM:FLICKR, it is accepted on Commons. I know there are other images with PDM 1.0 that I haven't tag, I will do it later. --A1Cafel (talk) 15:22, 13 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]
