Even if the game itself is MIT-licensed, game and beatmap assets are not necessarily freely licensed -- the most salient in the screenshot are cover images for beatmaps, most of which are likely copyrighted. Ntx61 (talk) 05:20, 5 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@Roycethomas: Wait for the administrators' decision with regard to this DR; deletion requests can take anywhere from days to even months before a final decision is posted. Only the administrators can delete files; CSD G7 ({{SD|G7}}), which is for author-requested deletions of images, cannot be invoked since the file is too old.
I'm not sure, however, if File:Osu!-lazer-song-selection-as of 5jul2022.png would be allowed on Commons -- while osu!lazer is MIT-licensed, assets used by it (as seen in this repo) are non-free (see Commons:Screenshots#To create a free screenshot); for now, that file isn't DR'd.
