This file was initially tagged by LeonaardoG as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: The license is not free change in the terms of use of Pixabay since 2019. 2013 Pixabay upload, so the CC-0 license is valid. The license itself is fine as the Pixabay file page indicates "Publicado: 15 de Abril de 2013." Unfortunately,  Delete as France does not allow commercial freedom of panorama.
