................I just saw that user Fry1989 makes it as a hobby to duplicate lots of flags from lots of places. the sources where he took his flags from are not known as far as I know. Wikipedia may not be a place whereusers see concurrention in each other, so that's why I am asking by myself why other users should delete a creation that they did not make?
Lots of flags look like each other, but they have not always the same source - thank you "User:Fry1989", eh.... is this explanation clear enough for you I hope?

Speedily delete because Commons does not accept duplicates of other files. DLindsley Need something? 17:51, 17 January 2015 (UTC)- Delete Sometimes duplicates are accepted, but when .svg and .png show the same picture, them .png should generally be deleted. Taivo (talk) 20:29, 18 January 2015 (UTC)
