I'm afraid there is simply not enough information for us to be able to keep this photograph. The source is said to be unknown, the author as well, which means that the license tag (a CC license naming the uploader as the author) is completely bogus. The year when this photograph was taken is said to be presumably 1944.

This is not enough. We need clear information why this file is either under a free license or in the public domain. For a photograph from 1944, we cannot simply assume that it must be in the PD because of age, it would have to be at least 120 years old for that. I also don't see any other reason why the file would be in the PD or under a free license, so it should be deleted per the precautionary principle. Rosenzweig τ 12:12, 29 August 2021 (UTC)
