- Seems like he does not speak castilian, the URLs buenosaires.gob.ar and turismo.buenosaires.gob.ar both are owned and ruled by the "Ciudad Autonoma de Buenos Aires" website terms and conditions and conditions make explicit mention and both are ruled by same terms and conditions also as you can see on this other link explain it further about cretive commons on the Gobierno de la ciudad de buenos aires sites.
- i guess the user that nominated the file for deletion didnt know that the domain buenosaires.gob.ar (as well as buenosaires.gov.ar ) is owned exclusively by and used exclusively by the Government of the autonomous city of buenos aires, including its turismo subdomain obviously, and even stated on the site's terms and conditions.
- i hope users stop nominating for deletion random images ulploaded several years ago by users that no longer take part on the wiki proyect (i just came by the email notification by accident i no longer use regularly this email address i have registered on the wikipedia/commons/etc... proyects, i wish the user that nominated the file do reasearch before nominating (so he works and lose his automated time researching, instead of demanding others to come here and defend work, to prevent things from been deleted like this file, that has the correct tags and licencing, and is used on various articles on various languages of wikipedia) i left all this wikimedia proyects because all this destructive and ideological boureocracy (mostly present on wikipedia on castilian (a.k.a. wikipedia on spanish) i left because i no longer presume good faith on others when i see deletion request like this one. i just presume disdain and reckless /careless acttitud.
- I should not be required to save the file from deletion, and come here to explain at commons things that are already explained at commons if due research is done by the user that intended to delete the file, non the less i did the job, i got notified by accident, i came after years not opening the email account and years of not login in at wikimedia proyects. (if was ("spanish language wikipedia i will not bother. but was a image at commons, what i belive to be more a bit more important) i hope sometime all this proyects change and stop allowing users to "contribute" by just automated nomination for deletion/deleting (others created content that is on the pulic domain or has the creative commons licence spectrum), i will not check what other files he has incorrectly flaged from other old no see users like me, but im sure most with years not comming here will not come back to explain the obvius that could be researched by himself before nominating for deletion, everyone should investigate and research FIRST before nominating, or change into the creative side of creating, so if he does not do due diligence and the research, at least dont go around automatically making deletions request, at least on file that have all the tags and licences in order. --WiZaRd SaiLoR (talk) 21:56, 15 May 2020 (UTC)
