Neutral? - The text under the photo says: © The Great Famine and Genocide in Persia. Not a name or something. It's made in 1918, the photographer is possibly not alive anymore for many years.. So I doubt if this is really copyrighted, but there is no proof. Perhaps a tough decision for the moderator :-) . - Richardkiwi (talk) (talk) 17:01, 30 September 2017 (UTC)

Keep According to PDIran law and the date of photo which have been taken, this photo basically does not have any copyright to be protected by... and the deletion nominating have no mean for it... Thanks.--ن.عامری (talk) 20:20, 28 October 2017 (UTC)

The photo is from Hungary during world war 2 and does not represent what the caption says it does. https://www.pinterest.fr/pin/549228117027998433/ on this version the star of David sown on to the clothes is clearly visible. Domdeparis (talk) 09:14, 27 October 2018 (UTC)

Delete: The source given by Asclepias above makes it clear this isn't from 1918 Iran. As such, {{PD-Iran}} doesn't apply and the picture should be deleted as a copyright violation. --bjh21 (talk) 12:24, 28 October 2018 (UTC)
