- There was some decision years ago about photographing subjects that cannot be photographed without an unrelated copyrighted work being in the way. The case was the Louvre Pyramid, which is copyrighted but we allow e.g. File:Louvre Museum Wikimedia Commons.jpg. I don't know if this qualifies, but at minimum it can be cropped/altered. — Rhododendrites talk | 10:47, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- Ah, too bad. I enjoyed seeing the building on the left. Next time should I blur out the billboard before I upload it? Put a black box? White box? Here is a similar photo so no need to crop this one.
