Keep Hmm. There was no license review here, so we cannot prove that this image was actually taken from the web site, which is, indeed, licensed CC-BY. Under a strict reading of our rules, that calls for deletion of the image, but I an inclined to keep it and add a note to the file description explaining the reasoning. . Jim . . .
