I've seen that billboard before, but here it's missing the funny "Choose a quality heater" line. That's weird. What is that billboard even advertising? Is it just me or does it look like the billboard image was photoshopped into this photo? Could it be that this woman's photo is used to redact the actual copyrighted billboard?
