Antun Motika paintings

No indication that either of these files have been released as licensed. Both files are provided with a source (here and here), but there's nothing on either website (at least that I could find) which states that its content is released under a {{Cc-by-sa-4.0}} license: moreover, the "sources" given for each file almost certainly don't hold the copyright over the works, and the copyright holder is most likely the estate of the the artist. So, I cannot see anyway of keeping these without the COM:OTRS/CONSENT of the copyright holder if they are not considered to be within the public domain per COM:CROATIA or COM:YUGOSLAVIA. If they are within the public domain, then they should be relicensed as such. -- Marchjuly (talk) 11:37, 14 February 2021 (UTC)
