This is for a global login unification. Timmeh is the account I have on Wikipedia. Proof The name I wish to usurp has two contributions. He has uploaded two pictures which are not used anywhere. Both were on the same day the account was created, almost a year ago. I'm not exactly sure if these would count as "useful contributions", but they seem to be just the opposite. I am Hiryu, from Wikipedia (fr). I tried to unify my global account. But this username already exists on some services. There is no edit on Commons, so I would know wheter you could let me usurp this username here.

I read that "Anonymous requests and requests made from other accounts cannot be accepted." Despite the fact that is written, is it really useful to create a new account? If you think that I have to do it, please, let me know.

Hi! On JA-WP, the administrators had already usurped for me (=en:User:Oashi) the previously existing account ja:User:Oashi. You can see the result of the usurpation process as well as my [SUL].

As they already did, I believe it is no big deal to usurp for me also her/his User:Oashi account here on commons. I have already tried to ask her/him on her/his talk page, but she/he did not reply.

It's not possible to merge the accounts. We can, however, usurp "Wolfgangus Mozart" to "Wolfgangus Mozart (usurped)". From there, we'll rename "Maukie" to "Wolfgangus Mozart". However, this means all your edits from the "Wolfgangus Mozart" account will be moved to the usurped account, which is "Wolfgangus Mozart (usurped)". All your edits from "Maukie" will be transferred to "Wolfgangus Mozart". Sorry if it's hard to keep up here. The more other wikis grant usurpation, the stronger your case for usurpation here, at least in my personal view. Commons is an important and highly trafficked wiki. But no, it's not a matter of forcing you to do that. It's just that George IS a very common name and we're reluctant to usurp it. It's not that it's impossible, it's just really inconvenient. Not having the same name here as I do on Wikipedia makes it unclear to other editors the connection between my accounts. I don't want to have it look like I'm trying to sneak around with two different users, so having different names is certainly a disincentive for me to edit/upload media here. I understand that George is a common name, but at the same time I think that there are only two other editors named George who have a significant number of edits across all wikis, and I have more than twice the edits of all the rest combined - who better to have the name George here? If either of the other two editors were active on commons, I would have expected them to usurp the name here by now. I've begun the process of usurping the name George at other wikis, per Lar's suggestion. I now hold the SUL name George on the English Wikipedia, WikiNews, WikiQuote, Wikiversity, and Wiktionary, in addition to Meta, Simple, and Species wikis. I'm still waiting to hear back from WikiBooks, and I can't find the usurp request page for the English WikiSource. Those will round out my usurping of the English language wikis. If those aren't sufficient, I guess I'll delve into trying to decipher how to usurp the name George on the non-English wikis, though I really have little interest in doing so. This area is a bit spongey in my view... the policy as written says that if the other user has edits, and isn't amenable, you can't have it.
