Category:Happiness is a subcategory of Category:Joy but the category description for the latter reads "Happiness is a feeling ranging from contentment and satisfaction to bliss and intense joy." I'm not convinced we can tell the difference beween "Happiness" and "Joy" in a photo, so I would propose merging the two, likely under "Happiness" Themightyquill (talk) 20:31, 2 May 2019 (UTC)

- Support. en:Joy#Distinction_vs_similar_states is so subtle or unhelpful that it's clear the nominator is right: no photo is going to be clearly part of one or the other. Shawn in Montreal (talk) 20:45, 3 May 2019 (UTC)
Support as noted the distinction is unclear and it probably shouldn't even contain many pages anyway since its subjective anyway. Also there is Category:Joy (crater), Category:Joy (given name), Category:Joy (retailer), Category:Joy (sculpture), Category:Joy (ship, 2016), Category:Joy (surname) and Category:Joy (vocalist) so the Category:Joy title should probably be a DAB since even though its probably primary, primary redirects in the category namespace are less useful since they still (currently) require the reader to click through.
