Hi!

Its looks like Commons doesn't have available bureaucrats for 3 weeks (see this page and Commons:Changing username). So I decided to run for this position after blessing of pfctdayelise and Panther.

I'm with Commons since November 2004, on admin position since March 2005. I add some useful content to Commons: mostly related to Belarus, Soviet Union and Russia, and provide Commons maintenance.

This is not run for more power, just for taking more responsibility. I hope I'll not make big mistakes and will continue to be with Commons :-)

• I recall that b'crats tend to need about 25 support votes and very little oppposition. I added this to COM:B. If anyone disagrees, we can discuss it.
