I have the pleasure to be nominating Ciell. She is a dedicated editor, espescially on Commons where she has editing for over 2 years (soon 3 years). The Dutch community has trusted her to have the administrator tools (elected in 2006, so 2 years + service to the community as an administrator  —  RfA).

She has been working with files for more then 2 years on both the Dutch Wikipedia and Commons. Not to mention she has been working a lot with copyvio tagging, and with deletion requests where she gives some thoughtful comments. OTRS has trusted her to be an agent for them, and she has worked with OTRS related issues for almost a year now. It would be particularly helpful for her to get the delete button, and see deleted contributions. By getting the delete button she can now delete speedy deletion requests, close deletion requests as kept/deleted. Not to mention help with OTRS related issues (we are in sore need of those!), and with Category:OTRS pending (huge backlog in need of help). This all for the benefit our community. Having more Dutch administrator is also a good thing. We seem to be getting more Dutch users, that are in need of help from a Dutch administrator.

Ciell has over 1325 total of edits, that is if you include her deleted contributions. I can't see any red flags about Ciell. She can write in Dutch or Nederlands, as you would say over there, is her first language. Her English is basic, and same with German. •  Support I don't know Ciell but I know Kanonkas and that is good enough for me. Secondly, she is also an Admin on Dutch Wikipedia.
