I would like to present Tiptoety for the administrator permissions. I think he would be a good administrator and would be a trustworthy asset to the community as one too. He has the necessary experience with deletion requests and copyright related issues to be able to use the tools with the necessary care needed. Tiptoety does a lot of work with copyright related issues, new page patrol, and OTRS related enquiries. He is also an administrator on the English Wikipedia and an OTRS respondent, so Tiptoety does have previous experience with the tools. I could continue on, however, overall Tiptoety would be a net positive if he were to be community elected as an administrator. Thanks for the consideration, Kanonkas // talk // e-mail // 18:57, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I accept, thank you. Tiptoety talk 20:04, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I'm sorry, I am not sure what occurrence you are referring to. Tiptoety talk 06:46, 19 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
It definitely is not about you in particular, it's a general pattern and, as a result of that, general feeling. There is just a minor detail in your signature: with the colour temperature, contrast, brightness, &c. I chose on my monitor and my eyes, "talk" is hardly visible on a white background. As an admin, you will sometimes tell people things they'd rather not hear, your signature could be used as an excuse to ignore it. That is, I would probably use it that way. • In regards to File:PittockBack-2.jpg, you are correct. I could have simply used the reupload tool, but seeing as the first upload was a mistake on my part and was not an actuall touch up/change to the image I thought deletion would keep the file history cleaner. That said, simply reuploading it would not have hurt much. In regards to your second question, I will delete requests with the reason Uploader request for non-controversial renames, as well as for unused files or pages. I would also delete clear test pages, as well as userpages per users requests. I would not delete a properly licensed image, but instead direct them to file a deletion request.
