English: The Cobham Bus Museum 51°20′17″N 0°27′05″W / 51.338149°N 0.451367°W was the previous base of the London Bus Preservation Trust. Around 3km WNW of Cobham, Surrey (in effect, closer to Byfleet), it was located in a north south aligned hangar on the east side of Redhill Road. Originally an aircraft hangar, one of the temporary sites created to distribute production away from the Vickers factory at Brooklands during World War II, it was acquired by the London Bus Preservation Group in March 1972. As part of the deal that saw the trust move to a purpose built building, the London Bus Museum, within the Brooklands Museum site, the final exhibit left on 18 May 2011, and the hangar was demolished and the site redeveloped.
