Watermarke at the Regrade (originally Cedar Apartments, then Center Court Apartments, current name since 1989), 320 Cedar Street, Seattle, Washington. Designed by Van Siclen, Swope & Waterman and built in 1908 by brothers Arnold, Jules and Herman Zbinden, proprietors of several local hotels including the Palace, Sound View and later the Seward, and incorrectly identified as the Olinder Brothers by the Department of Neighborhoods survey.
