Cemita or semita is a name that defines a wide variety of bread products from all over Hispanic America. They are found in Argentina, Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Peru or El Salvador. Some semitas are big, some are small. Some are sweet, some are salty. Some are filled like a sandwich, others are served with the snack.
