Deutsch: Námafjall ist ein rhyolitischer Hyaloklastitrücken östlich des Mývatn in Island und Teil des Vulkansystems der Krafla. Über den Berg und an seinem Fuße erstreckt sich ein Geothermalgebiet, das im Osten des Berges besonders viele heiße Quellen aufweist und Hverarönd genannt wird.

English: Námafjall is a rhyolitic hyaloclastic ridge with a geothermal high-temperature area east of Mývatn in Iceland, it is part of the Krafla volcanic system. The high temperature area at its feet is called Hverarönd.

Français : La Námafjall est une petite montagne d'Islande située dans le Nord du pays, à l'est du Mývatn et au sud-sud-ouest de la caldeira du Krafla. Námafjall, une montagne rhyolitique d'origine sous-glaciaire, fait partie du système volcanique de Krafla. À ses pieds, juste à l'est du sommet, se trouve le site hydrothermal de Hverarönd parfois appelé Námafjall par métonymie.

Íslenska: Námafjall og umhverfi er háhitasvæði sem liggur um sprungurein sem nær norður úr Öxarfirði gegnum eldstöðina Kröflu og suður fyrir Hverfell. Jarðhitanum er viðhaldið af kvikuinnskotum frá eldstöðinni.
