• top is the short code, e.g. "i" for icon
• topic is the default translation, e.g. "icon"
• ×× are the national language codes, e.g. "fr"
• xxxx are the national translations, e.g. "Cette {{wf|Icône (informatique)|icône}}"

The last national code has to be en specifying the default translation, after the nowiki and the space
