Captain Thomas Fitzherbert-Brockholes^[1] ( - 14 March 1915) of the 2nd Battalion, Rifle Brigade

Lieutenant Roger Fitzherbert-Brockholes^[2] ( - 2 July 1919) of HMS Glory, Royal Navy.
