St Helen’s Church in Beamish Museum is in the east of the site, outside and east of the tramway oval. To the south is Pockerley Old Hall, to the west is Joe the Quilter's cottage, and to the south is the Pockerley Waggonway. On the other side of the road on the south side, is a pond with a burnt out Stagecoach.
