WikiClubWest
WikiClubWest is the Western Australian branch of Wikimedia Australia. It originally started from Wikiproject:Perth on en.Wikipedia when regular contributors decided to meet in person at the State Library of Western Australia on 1st February 2007. It would late become more formalised as the WA branch of Wikimedia Australia, following the development of the NT WikiClub it adopted the name WikiClubWest.

[edit]Since 2007 Western Australian Wikimedians have organise many events including WikiTakes in Fremantle, Joondalup, and Waroona the more significant activities are listed below
Freopedia
A QRcode Wikitown project where QRcodes were placed in Heritage buildings in Fremantle. Related to this was 2 x WikiTakes Freo, many editathons and workshops.
Toodyayopedia
A QRcode Wikitown project where QRcodes were placed in Heritage buildings in Toodyay. Related to this was many editathons, workshops, and a treasure hunt during the Moondyne Joe Festival.
Noongarpedia
A project started with the goal of establishing Noongar language Wikipedia, thats currently in the incubator
