Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

I don't have to prove anything, this is my image, my property, taken many years ago with my camera. No one owns this image but me. Period. This was already confirmed and approved. I gace another user permission to upload this, and she did. Zalminsk (talk) 13:32, 22 December 2017 (UTC)

Hello Zalminsk. I'm sorry to hear the system is causing you issues. When you say it was already confirmed and approved, do you mean you've already sent permission to OTRS? TheDragonFire (talk) 13:31, 28 December 2017 (UTC)

Actually I gave permission to another user to upload this picture with much better quality (at https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Chana_Katan2.jpg), so this image here that you asked about is really a dupliacte, and isn't essential. So we can delete the gif image named חנה קטן תשמה.gif Zalminsk (talk) 16:36, 28 December 2017 (UTC)
