Copyright status
[edit]Hi there! The images listed below, which you have uploaded, have an unknwon copyright status. They need a suitable copyright tag; otherwise, they may be deleted.
These two photos: Image:Bariloche2-11-2003.jpg and Image:Bariloche2-11-2003.jpg. Were they taken by you? If so, simply state so on the description page and add a suitable license.

These symbols: Image:Escudo de Gijon.png and Image:Gijon Ast ES EU.png. We need to know the law of the state they were made in, whether they are covered by copyright or not. -- Ranveig 11:14, 3 October 2005 (UTC)
I cannot help you much with the coat of amrs. They apparently originate in Spain so they should follow the copyright rules of Spain. But I dont know of any country where the coat of arms can be protected by copyright (except of the coat of arms of English royal family) Xmort 00:25, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
- I'm very uncertain about coats of arms, myself. I tend to believe the same thing as you do, but a lot of others here want proof! I'll have to look around... Ranveig 12:23, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
- LOL! I only now noticed that you weren't the original uploade of those coats of arms. I got them from Commons:Untagged_images and they were listed just below yours, from someone whose username was the same length as yours. Sorry! -- Ranveig 12:26, 4 October 2005 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Xmort. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Xmort~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
