Do you think Yurun’s logo meets the minimum threshold for copyright protection?

The image is copyright free under US legal jurisdiction, but not sure if it meets the minimum standards for copyright protection under Chinese copyright law?

有件事需要請你向中文社群通報，因為我覺得這件事很嚴重。

這裡有一位叫Solomon203，有很多台灣人上傳的照片被他送交刪除，他的理由是照片來源取自臉書，更不合理的是他跳過程序，導致很多台灣人不知道自己的照片要向志願回覆團隊取得驗證。即使他們不知道，Solomon203也沒有找你或其他審查者通報哪些照片需要檢查。如此行為，某種程度上是容易使人懷疑是否心存「某種目的」而刪除照片。遺憾的是，我發現已晚，管理員已經幫他刪除大量照片。你可以前往Special:Contributions/Solomon203，在名字空間欄位選擇Commons，就能看見他送交刪除的行為。

很多台灣人會將自己的臉書作為網路相簿使用，想當然他們上傳的照片，來源一定是自己的臉書，儘管當中有些人可能是從別人的臉書盜圖上傳到這裡，問題是我們沒有直接證據是盜圖，管理員依舊接受Solomon203的理由，更有爭議的是維基百科並沒有禁止我們從臉書上傳照片。我擔心的是，Solomon203本身是活躍在這裡十多年的老用戶，他這種爭議行為導致被刪除的照片不知道有多少。請想像一下，十多年累積下來，被刪除的照片數量是非常可觀，卻沒有人監督他，甚至導正他。

此外，我找你之前，其實有向Solomon203溝通過，甚至找管理員舉報過，可是全都沒用。我除了眼睜睜繼續看他刪除照片之外，我剩下能做的就是找你。不過，如果你不想向中文社群通報，或者說不願插手這件事，我不勉強。這說明要嘛是台灣人沒發現他的行為，要嘛就是不覺得他有何問題，否則在這十多年，早就有很多台灣人對他反彈。也許是我求好心切多慮吧--125.230.80.164 13:00, 7 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

谢谢你的消息。根据现有规定，Solomon203的做法不违反相关规则（任何人均可提交删除请求，管理员考量删除理由是否有效，执行删除或保留的操作）。上传者有责任在上传图片时披露该图片是否曾在别处以非自由授权协议发布（这一点在旧版上传表格中是明确了的，当前的上传向导如有缺失相关提示，请在此提交反馈意见）。我在这里不是管理员，能做的事情有限，但会继续关注并确保遵循公平公正的处理流程。 Wcam (talk) 13:26, 7 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

照片提供的來源是連結失效，卻沒有經過你或其他審查者檢查過
照片宣稱出自某個政府網站，卻看不見有效的版權聲明，又或是政府網站的版權聲明與照片使用的版權狀態不符
上傳者宣稱照片是他自己的，但來源顯示的資訊仍沒有任何關於上傳者，也沒有經過審查者或志願回覆團隊檢查

1，2，3，5这些情况都可提报删除请求。对于「上傳者宣稱照片是他自己的」的情况，如果你有证据证明实情并非如此，也可提报删除请求。此外，圖片審查員的作用是驗證来自站外的自由授權之圖像的授权协议与本站标称的相符，与你列出的大多数情形并无直接关系。 Wcam (talk) 15:22, 7 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

是你自己說沒有直接關係，而不是我誤解圖片審查員的作用唷。未來只要有人質疑我跳過Commons reviewers這一個程序，甚至被指控濫用COM:DR，我會以你現在說的話對他們說，那麼就不要抱怨我誣賴你或是說我不敢承擔責任。因為你現在的身份就是圖片審查員，當然我會相信你具備版權與圖片審查員這方面的認識。--125.230.80.164 19:33, 7 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
