In this case a custom license template should be created that defines the scope of the permission and is used during the uploads. If possible please stop all uploads until this is achieved. The ticket sadly was processed out of the defined procedure. As I cannot read the language, I cannot say if the ticket itself is valid and what the permission is for. Is the permission sender able to respond in English? If yes, please encourage them to reply. Krd12:34, 18 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
