Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? I understand your recent changes that you are not the author of this image, right? Then you can't label it as PD, because 1950 +70 years = 2020. --Túrelio (talk) 08:03, 20 November 2009 (UTC)

Hello Túrelio,

The picture was uploaded from the source mentioned in the description and not taken by myself, I am unsure as to what License to put the image under, perhaps you or another admin can help out, if a proper License cannot be provided then the image should be put to speedy deletion. As of Public domain#Turkey, Turkish copyright law has the same +70years requirement for PD as most other countries; thereby it cannot be PD-Old if the image is from 1950. Is the author unknown (not only to you, but also to the source)? If that is really the case, then there might be a special regulation for that in Turkish copyright law. You should check that by yourself, eventually by following the links on :tr and/or reading the original text of law.
