Louisiana photos
[edit]Thank you for uploading some wonderful photos of New Orleans music and other Louisiana scenes you photographed. Cheers, -- Infrogmation 17:24, 3 June 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for your message, and thank you for your contributions which I have been using a lot on Japanese Wiki. I just got myself a new scanner, so I am thinking about uploading more stuff from "the vaults" later on.
- Oh, I almost forgot, thanks for adding category information to the photos I uploaded. I will try to remember to do it myself next time! --Sumori 00:19, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

photo of Bo Diddley, long beach blues festival
[edit]hello Sumori -
that's a great picture you took of Bo....I was wondering it you have any other pictures from that festival?
Reason i ask is I was the drummer on that gig (you can kind of see me behind Bo in that picture)
If you have any other pics, it would be great to see them...
thanks, dave johnson
- Hi Dave. I believe I have more, but I have to check my archives (prints and negatives) to see what I have. I remember Bo's daughter sat at the drums for a few numbers that day, and I'm pretty sure I have some of hers.--Sumori (talk) 01:21, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
- Dave, I do have more photos. Send me your e-mail address via Wikimail and I'd be glad to send some of the photos to you.--Sumori (talk) 16:45, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

Could you email at alec [at] mcnayr [dot] com -- and i'll send you some more details?
Thank you!!

File tagging Image:Little Feat.jpg
[edit]This media was probably deleted.
|
Thanks for uploading Image:Little Feat.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:Image:Little Feat.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |
