File missing license
[edit]Hello and thank you for your contributions. The file File:Cursus - Hadewijch visioen 6.webm you uploaded is missing an allowed license. Please add one to the file's description page. If you have questions, you can ask in the village pump or leave me a reply here. Thanks, Killarnee (talk) 21:12, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- Hi Killarnee, this is the first video I try to upload. I added "my own work" ('eigen werk') behind the word 'Permission', but I think I need an official license code. What code to use when I read, recorded and made the video myself? Thanks!!! Rozemarijn vL (talk) 21:18, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
- A license tells others what they may do and what they may not do with your file. I recommend the license CC-BY-SA 4.0. For every file you upload, you need to provide a license.
- If you are okay with the license, you can remove the
{{No license since|month=March|day=14|year=2024}}
template and insert the{{CC-BY-SA 4.0}}
template under the Licensing section. You should do so with every file you upload. Killarnee (talk) 21:52, 14 March 2024 (UTC)- Thanks for your clear explanation, I really couldn't find it in the help pages. Thanks! Rozemarijn vL (talk) 22:03, 14 March 2024 (UTC)
