World homosexuality laws
[edit]Hello Ron, please don't revert the map again, if you do then I'll report you, because according to your source; Argentina has unregistered cohabitation. Civil unions are recognised in four jurisdictions within Argentina: the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires (since 2002), the Province of Río Negro (2003), the city of Villa Carlos Paz (2007) and the city of Río Cuarto (2009) Civil unions are registered unions conducted between two adults. And at a national level, Argentina extends widower pensions to surviving partners of same-sex couples. Same-sex unions can't be applied in all Argentina, only is recognised in four jurisdictions. --Keepscases (talk) 20:23, 28 November 2009 (UTC)
Same-sex marriage in Portugal
[edit]Portugal's parliament has passed a law to legalise same-sex marriage, but rejected proposals to allow homosexual couples to adopt. The map is about same-sex marriage no homosexual couples to adopt. OK?. [1] --Keepscases (talk) 04:09, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
- Also. The Prime Minister Jose Socrates opened the debate with an appeal to back the law, saying it would put right an injustice that had caused unnecessary pain. When this happen you can revert this map. --Keepscases (talk) 04:14, 13 January 2010 (UTC)
Well, I see you are very interested in all these same-sex marriage laws in the world and maybe you want to see "it's legal!, everything it's good" to change the map in dark blue, but maybe you need to read carefully this phrase "However, on January 8, 2010, the Portuguese parliament passed a bill backing same-sex marriage. The bill will now be reviewed in committee before coming back to parliament for a final vote". This means that it is legal now but it will be discussed again before coming back to parliament for another final vote about this law that include homosexual couples to adopt. Now, it's legal same-sex marriage but can be changed, so, you can revert this map if this law is reverted.--Keepscases (talk) 17:23, 13 January 2010 (UTC)

If you do not cease edit warring, I will request the file be protected. Get a consensus on a talk page as to what you believe the ruling really means, you're the only one who seems to think so. Fry1989 eh? 00:39, 23 June 2013 (UTC)

Civil unions in Italy
[edit]Hi, maybe you're not informed but the signature of the Italian President to a law is a due act that can't be denied, unless there's lack of financial coverage (not the case for the bill on same-sex civil unions). It's not like in other countries where the head of the nation can veto a law: this is not allowed by Italian Constitution and the final approval by the Parliament it's enough to enforce a law. Just for your info. --L736E (talk) 12:07, 15 May 2016 (UTC)
- Quod erat demonstrandum. Too much rigidity on your side. --L736E (talk) 20:57, 20 May 2016 (UTC)
