Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Image is clearly a photo of a photo [probably posted in a wall display], and is therefore unlikely to be the uploader's own work, and very likely to be a copyright violation. Accurate source and permission information has not been provided.

Your message

In response to your message left on my talk page, I placed two of your recent uploads into the Couch Park category, although it is possible that those two photos – of the cover and the contents page of the Couch Park Master Plan – might be considered copyright violations (I'm not sure). Your third uploaded photo, taken of a printed black-and-white photo of Mike Whitmore, has been tagged for deletion from Commons, as you claimed it was your "own work", whereas it almost certainly is not, and is likely a photo whose copyright is owned by the City of Portland, not by you.
