File:Zenevich Larisa.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.)

- This I posted a photo in the link that you sent. Now I have removed it - look again - it is not there. This is my photo! No copyright infringement is here! — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nemchinov A.V. (talk • contribs) 10:29, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
- Hi. It only proves you have access to streetmarket.ru, not that you are the copyright holder (if so you should know that this image hasn't been shot June 18, 2017 as you stated but at least 2016). So if you are the photographer please reupload this picture at full resolution directly from your camera (with intacts EXIF data); if not please have him/her sending a permission via COM:OTRS. Yours, --Patrick Rogel (talk) 11:02, 28 May 2019 (UTC)
Thanks for the answer. Sorry, I uploaded the image to Wikimedia Commons for the first time and did not attach importance to the date. You are right - this is an old scanned photo, it has been preserved for me only as a file. If you have any suspicions - you can delete. But I do not understand the reasons. Do I need to go to a notary public to assure my rights? But how can I prove it? Do you need notarization? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nemchinov A.V. Please sign your postings
[edit]As a courtesy to other editors, it is Commons:Signatures policy to sign your posts on talk pages, user talk pages, deletion requests, and noticeboards. To do so, simply add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comments. Your user name or IP address (if you are not logged in) and the date will then automatically be added along with a timestamp when you save your comment. Signing your comments helps people to find out who said something and provides them with a link to your user/talk page (for further discussion). Thank you.
