Leander Flickr image
[edit]The photo of Leander on the Cumbrian Coast is my own image and the Flickr link is to my own profile. The image hasn't been stolen as it's my own content. Moylesy98 (talk) 21:51, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
- The best thing to do would be to comment on the nomination page, to keep everything in one place and make sure more experienced users see it. My Name is Madness (talk) 22:29, 16 February 2019 (UTC)
Future Deletion Requests
[edit]All the photographs that have been requested for deletion are linked to my own Flickr profile, therefore the image is my own property and is not stolen off anyone. Moylesy98 (talk) 20:40, 17 February 2019 (UTC)
- I'm confused. I only nominated that single one I stumbled upon. It seems to me you'd be best to place the tag {{Helpme}} on your own talk page and get an experienced user to help you get this sorted. My Name is Madness (talk) 20:59, 17 February 2019 (UTC)
Flickr2Commons
[edit]I have just come across a few images you have recently uploaded from Flickr. I would appreciate it if in the future, you used the Flickr2Commons tool. This tool allows images to be moved to Commons from Flickr without having to download the images to your own computer. It also brings in the largest resolution of the image, as well making sure to list the correct license and url, making it easy for the automated Flickr Review system. Also, it is fairly easy to categorize images with this tool. To use it, you just need to go to the url and authorize it (where it says "authorise first").--B dash (talk) 02:39, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, I've been unable to get Flickr2Commons to work. Madness Darkness 10:20, 18 February 2019 (UTC)
