iNaturalist uploads
[edit]Hi - thanks for adding images from iNaturalist to Commons! Could I make a plea to use more sensible filenames, though: the date it was added to Commons is not important, and is very misleading, as it is too easily misread as the date the observation was made. The location the sighting was made is however very important; it is an essential part of the observation and must be added to the file; it is also very useful to include it in the filename, as it makes adding categories with HotCat a lot easier (like, 50 times faster). It would be a lot better if you could use filenames with the species name and location, like File:Yemen Thrush, Al Bahah, Saudi Arabia 260923258.jpg.
