iNat image uploads
[edit]Hello Matej, thank you for uploading so many excellent images to WikiCommons. For those images originally posted to iNaturalist, if you upload a cropped version to Commons, it will be added to an error category (here) as it then fails the automatic iNaturalist image licence review process. Instead, please upload the original image, and then after it passes the licence review (often less than a minute) you can over-write it with the cropped version. Up to now, I (and likely other users too) have been doing this for your images so that they pass the image licence review (examples here and here). Thanks, Loopy30 (talk) 01:54, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
- Understood. Thank you! Matej Frančeškin (talk) 10:21, 19 November 2024 (UTC)
