File:37-schema-et-recommandations-abattoir-lapins-2007.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.

If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

About your l214 uploads

[edit]

I have been LR'ing your uploads. I was hoping if you could do these two things:

  1. Links: Instead of using this link, prefer this link where the license data is available. Yes, I am aware the footer mentions the license -- but each file should be individually identified -- to avoid possible mistakes.
  2. Put {{LicenseReview}} below {{Cc-by-3.0}}

It will make it easier for LRs to LR the uploads.
Acagastya (talk) 11:48, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I can use more specific links. Also, the license review location is just the output the Upload Wizard gives, but I can try to edit them after being uploaded. Thanks for reviewing these. Mariolovr (talk) 14:37, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
If you have to go out of your way, please don't. I can hack my custom LR script to take care of it. Now that I think of, I should have done this ages ago. But can you please add "L214 images review needed" as the last category? Will be easier to remove.
Acagastya (talk) 14:45, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
I can definitely do that! Mariolovr (talk) 14:51, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

User:MGA73's bot is taking care of where to put {{LicenseReview}} and my custom script is taking care of the category. So all you need to do is the source url. :D
Acagastya (talk) 17:14, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please note, attribution is "L214 - Ethique & Animaux", not L214.
Acagastya (talk) 02:35, 19 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Really? I thought the organization's name was just "L214", after some French law on animal cruelty. Mariolovr (talk) 02:38, 19 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
"Sauf mention contraire, les photos sont à créditer à L214 - Éthique & Animaux." -- I had planned to do a batch replace, and that has been done. All files are now LR'd!

Good catch! Mariolovr (talk) 07:28, 19 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading File:Abattoir-reprise-conscience.png. I notice that the file page either doesn't contain enough information about the license or it contains contradictory information about the license, so the copyright status is unclear.

If you created this file yourself, then you must provide a valid copyright tag. For example, you can tag it with {{self|GFDL|cc-by-sa-all}} to release it under the multi-license GFDL plus Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike All-version license or you can tag it with {{PD-self}} to release it into the public domain. (See Commons:Copyright tags for the full list of license tags that you can use.)

If you did not create the file yourself or if it is a derivative of another work that is possibly subject to copyright protection, then you must specify where you found it (e.g. usually a link to the web page where you got it), you must provide proof that it has a license that is acceptable for Commons (e.g. usually a link to the terms of use for content from that page), and you must add an appropriate license tag. If you did not create the file yourself and the specific source and license information is not available on the web, you must obtain permission through the VRT system and follow the procedure described there.

Note that any unsourced or improperly licensed files will be deleted one week after they have been marked as lacking proper information, as described in criteria for deletion. If you have uploaded other files, please confirm that you have provided the proper information for those files, too. If you have any questions about licenses please ask at Commons:Village pump/Copyright or see our help pages. Thank you.

@Acagastya: was this a mistake? You reviewed it as having the license. Mariolovr (talk) 14:38, 18 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
Sincere apologies, I removed the template by mistake, while I just wanted to relocate the template. Thank you for pinging and fixing the error. You can suppress/remove this notice if you would like, it was not your mistake.

Just one question...

[edit]

Are you a vegan? If so, it might have been extremely hard for you to go through all of that.
Acagastya (talk) 05:45, 19 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

No, I'm just someone who thinks these images are incredibly educational. But still, this hasn't been an easy thing to do. I imagine it probably isn't very easy for you either, so thanks again for reviewing these. Mariolovr (talk) 07:27, 19 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
You are welcome :D.
