Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Cześć. Skąd masz tyle takich fajnych zdjęć aktorów? Jesteś pewien, że masz do nich prawa autorskie? I druga sprawa: w pliku Andrzej Krasicki.jpg jest zdjęcie Stanisława Jasiukiewicza. Na 100%. pozdr --Zorro2212 (talk) 18:09, 14 September 2014 (UTC)

Skoro bierzesz te zdjęcia z rosyjskiej strony, podawaj ją w źródle. Popraw to, bo mogą zostać usunięteDudek1337 (talk) 23:10, 14 September 2014 (UTC)

  • Po pierwsze, ja na tej stronie widziałem pełne (c). Po drugie, pomyślmy - rosyjska strona posiadająca pełne prawa autorskie (i jeszcze ich udzielająca!) do fotosów z polskich filmów? Naprawdę? Jak ktoś na swoim blogu napisze, że wszystko tam jest na wolnej licencji, a będą piosenki M. Jacksona, to też w to uwierzymy? Nieco krytycznego podejścia. Po trzecie, nawet gdy mamy do czynienia z sytuacją, gdzie rzeczywiście strona zupełnie legalnie udziela wolnych licencji, to wciąż nie oznacza to, że mamy podać siebie jako autora i źródło, oraz ustalić swoją licencję. Rozumiem, że w twoim wypadku to było tylko niedopatrzenie, ale zauważ, że z pktu widzenia prawa to wciąż naruszenie praw autorskich. Masur (talk) 08:17, 15 September 2014 (UTC)

Witam ponownie. Niestety, tak myślałem, że się tak skończy. To za piękne, żeby mogło być prawdziwe. Tutaj decydujące było, że ta rosyjska strona sama nie ma - moim zdaniem - praw do tych zdjęć. Bo skąd?? Do polskich filmów? Pamiętam, jak kiedyś przyczepiono się do zdjęcia dziadka mojego kolegi, które wstawiłem. Dziadek nie żyje, kolega - w końcu jego wnuk - dał mi pełne prawo dysponowania. A dlaczego wycofano? Bo było zrobione w atelier, czyli ktoś dodatkowy (fotograf) miał domyślnie prawa autorskie. Trzeba bardzo uważać i - jakby - być samemu pierwszym surowym cenzorem. W końcu bycie wikipedystą zobowiązuje ;) A co do zdjęcia, o którym pisaliśmy - to na 200% Jasiukiewicz ;) Zresztą w tej bazie są też pomyłki - znalazłem zdjęcie podpisane Lesław Janicki - i wstawione foto Franciszka Pieczki (może dlatego, że bracia Janiccy grali z Pieczką Kiemliczów w Potopie?). Tak na boku obaj (Krasicki i Jasiukiewicz) grali np w jednym odcinku Klossa, być może stąd pomyłka. Zobacz sobie w tej samej bazie zdjęcie Krasickiego - to zupełnie inny człowiek. Albo w bazie filmpolski.pl czy choćby w googlach. Pozdr --Zorro2212 (talk) 16:51, 15 September 2014 (UTC)
