Re (BSTf legende
) & (BSTg legende
): I am sorry, but just because an icons is used does not make it correct. Please read the discussion at Talk:BSicon/New icons and icon requests#Vertical half icons?. Useddenim (talk) 23:11, 5 November 2012 (UTC)
Autopatrol given
[edit]Hello. I just wanted to let you know that I have granted autopatrol rights to your account; the reason for this is that I believe you are sufficiently trustworthy and experienced to have your contributions automatically marked as "reviewed". This has no effect on your editing, it is simply intended to make it easier for users that are monitoring Recent changes or Recent uploads to find unproductive edits amidst the productive ones like yours. In addition, the Flickr upload feature and an increased number of batch-uploads in UploadWizard, uploading of freely licensed MP3 files, overwriting files uploaded by others and an increased limit for page renames per minute are now available to you. Thank you. INeverCry (talk) 19:46, 19 July 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you. I did not think about this flag on commons, though I have it for almost a year on russian wikipedia. MUR (talk) 20:32, 19 July 2013 (UTC)
File:Naro-Fominskiy rayon.svg
[edit]Hi, I've completed your rename request but only because it was so recently uploaded - by you. According to policy Commons:FR#Which files should not be renamed? criteria to decline three I should have denied it, it is always preferable to rename on the local project than on commons. My decision was however, framed by two factors the first being that you are the uploader, and name requests from uploaders should almost always be undertaken, and secondly that the map with the same name on the Russian Wiki would probably have more uses (with none for the local file). This is in no way an admonishment, but simply an explanation of move policy and heads up for future reference. Regards, Liamdavies (talk) 15:07, 20 July 2013 (UTC)
Commons:WikiProject BSicon
[edit]You are invited to join Commons:WikiProject BSicon. Useddenim (talk) 17:01, 21 July 2013 (UTC)
- Thank you for invitation! Am I supposed to participate in some particular discussions? I have used BSicon infastructure to renew a number of railway templates in Russian wiki, but to 'join the project' means much more, than just 'use existing icons and create some new ones to create templates', isn't it? MUR (talk) 19:24, 21 July 2013 (UTC)
- Not necessarily. However, I created the Project to formalize what has been being done on an ad hoc basis up to now. Useddenim (talk) 19:31, 21 July 2013 (UTC)
