Tip: Categorizing images
[edit]
Thanks a lot for contributing to the Wikimedia Commons! Here's a tip to make your uploads more useful: Why not add some categories to describe them? This will help more people to find and use them.
Here's how:
1) If you're using the UploadWizard, you can add categories to each file when you describe it. Just click "more options" for the file and add the categories which make sense:
2) You can also pick the file from your list of uploads, edit the file description page, and manually add the category code at the end of the page.
[[Category:Category name]]
For example, if you are uploading a diagram showing the orbits of comets, you add the following code:
[[Category:Astronomical diagrams]]
[[Category:Comets]]
This will make the diagram show up in the categories "Astronomical diagrams" and "Comets".
When picking categories, try to choose a specific category ("Astronomical diagrams") over a generic one ("Illustrations").
Thanks again for your uploads! More information about categorization can be found in Commons:Categories, and don't hesitate to leave a note on the help desk.CategorizationBot (talk) 10:51, 6 April 2011 (UTC)

Tuva COA
[edit]It is a Tuvan law describing the COA, all colors are described in it: "Статья 1. Цвета государственных символов Республики Тыва. В государственных символах Республики Тыва (гербе и флаге) используются цвета - голубой, белый и желтый (золотой)" (art.#1 The colors of the national symbols of the Republic of Tuva. In national symbols (flag and coat of arms) are used blue, white and yellow (golden)" next it is art. We were discussed with the actual COA version author all the colors are as it is described in the art.#9. That is why your version was reverted. Nothing personal just a law. Uriankhai krai and Tannu Uriankhai
[edit]The description of the flag seems confusing, and the mix in wikidata between this two entities are confusing too. en:Tannu Uriankhai, as described in English or French, is an area inside Outer Mongolia, inside Qing Dynasty Empire, until its fall in 1911, the area of outer mongolia and inner mongolia are then in war between (at least) independentists, russian tsarist influences, russian communists, chinese imperialists, chinese republicans, and japanese imperialists. The Uriankhai krai was a krai inside tsarist Russia (still after they lost Moscow with october resolution, from 1914 to 1921 see ru:Урянхайский край). So this flag is probably the flag of the Krai, not of the Tannu Uriankhai (probably a ligue (aimag) under manchu rule).Popolon (talk) 12:17, 24 August 2017 (UTC)
