File:Kristin Bauer 2011.jpg has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

EXIF
[edit]Why did you modify the EXIF of File:Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin.jpg to show only your name? You cropped the photo, you did nothing that worth attribution, nothing creative, nothing that gives you any copyright. But you violate the license. You can give yourself credit but: "at a minimum such credit will appear where any other comparable authorship credit appears and in a manner at least as prominent as such other comparable authorship credit.".
- Please correct your image editing tool to not push your name in the author field. At best: simply not edit the original EXIF.
- Remove your name from the EXIF data of your previous uploads.
--Martin H. (talk) 22:21, 13 November 2011 (UTC)
- And File:True Blood season 3 sign.jpg as well as File:True Blood sign.jpg is derivative works of unfree content. --Martin H. (talk) 22:23, 13 November 2011 (UTC)
- The EXIF has probably been modified because I uploaded the file on my computer and then grumbled it ; Since it is automatic, I don't know how to modify what you asked me.
- Yes, I only cropped photos, and I always mention the original author, I don't really understand what's wrong ?
--Kesiah (talk) 22:42, 13 November 2011 (UTC)
- The mention of your name (only) in the author field of File:Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin.jpg#metadata is an authorship credit and it not fulfills 4b of the license. --Martin H. (talk) 00:00, 14 November 2011 (UTC)
- I re-uploaded the file (File:Stephen Moyer and Anna Paquin.jpg) ; The EXIF is correct now. --Kesiah (talk) 12:03, 14 November 2011 (UTC)
Your account will be renamed
[edit]Hello,
The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. One of the side-effects of this is that user accounts will now have to be unique across all 900 Wikimedia wikis. See the announcement for more information.
Unfortunately, your account clashes with another account also called Kesiah. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Kesiah~commonswiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything. If you do not like it, you can pick out a different name.
Your account will still work as before, and you will be credited for all your edits made so far, but you will have to use the new account name when you log in.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Yours,
Keegan Peterzell
