Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Forme SVG d'une œuvre 3D

Bonjour,

La réalisation d'une forme 3D correspondant tip top à la forme d'œuvre d'art me semble être un travail dérivé, et donc une infraction au droit d'auteur. Cependant, tu peux estimer que la forme ne dépasse pas le seuil d'originalité de l'œuvre. Si tu souhaites prendre ce risque juridique, je veux bien restaurer et lancer une consultation de la communauté sur le sujet. En attendant ta réponse, j'ai préféré supprimer File:Tree-mccarthy-shape.png à titre conservatoire pour limiter ce risque. --Dereckson (talk) 03:23, 28 October 2014 (UTC)

Bonjour Dereckson et merci pour ces infos. J'ai fait ce petit dessin pour recentrer l'article fr:Tree (sculpture) sur l'œuvre elle-même, et parce que je n'ai pas trouvé de photos libres. Or, d'après la discussion PÀS, je doute que l'article soit conservé. De plus, mon dessin n'est pas propre et je ne sais pas faire de SVG. Enfin, tes remarques sont sans doute justifiées. Bonjour. En effet : je ne sais pas pourquoi j'ai dupliqué cette image lors de la création de l'article fr:Benny Greb. Je viens donc de changer l'url de l'image de l'article pour qu'elle pointe vers le fichier original. L'autre peut être supprimé. Désolé, Jonathan.renoult (talk) 05:20, 28 October 2014 (UTC)
