Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Escudo de la Rioja

Le agradezco mucho su aviso. Tiene razón es un grave error heráldico y, además, el detalle aparece señalado en la descripción oficial del escudo. He procedido ya a la corrección en las dos versiones (escudo y blasón).

Laureada

La heráldica es lenta, mucho más que la imposición de condecoraciones. Al final en este caso el cambio ha llegado. Hasta ahora no había encontrado fuentes. La heráldica no es una ciencia exacta, imaginaba que no se limitaría a incluir la insignia y cinta de corbata correspondiente y así ha sido. Han retirado corbatas de la laureada heredadas del disuelto grupo de regulares que heredó historial y han añadido las tres cruces de distinción de la Guerra de la Independencia y el lema. También en el nuevo escudo la corbata de la medalla de melilla se ha ajustado al diseño que se muestra en el estandarte, bicolor, en vez de el habitual azul de su bandera.
